A brain aneurysm occurs when a blood vessel becomes enlarged or balloons. Usually symptoms present when they become large, begin to leak blood, or rupture. Symptoms include, changes in vision, pain above or behind the eye, a dilated pupil, or numbness or weakness to one side.
